If you already have an architect or designer we’ll gladly collaborate with them. If not, we can refer you to one of a group of respected architectural designers we work with.

We value and respect your input because you know what you want your new home to look like. Understanding your vision means we can also provide feedback if we think we can improve on the plans and designs. We’re happy to ask questions and make suggestions if we feel your current building plan could be tweaked to better suit your lifestyle. It’s your home and we want you to be proud and happy to live there.

We understand that building a new home is exciting, and you may want to drive by, or safely show off your home’s progress to friends and family. That’s why it’s important that everyone at Bellbird Construction, from the foremen to the apprentices show respect for you and respect for your site. That starts with keeping our work areas tidy and cleaning up at the end of each day so you can look with pride as your home takes shape.

You can be as involved in your new home build as you want. Throughout the building process we encourage you to contact us with any questions. We are here for you, and want to keep you as updated and involved as your new home progresses and takes shape. We can schedule regular site meetings, progress meetings, or send you photos so you will always know what is happening on your home.

Our dedicated quantity surveyor takes the guesswork out of building your home. We’ll break down all the building costs in our quotes and pricing so you can see exactly what is being spent on your home.
